Nuclear for future , or for future war?

These days, North Korea and the U.S. have pledged to negotiate with each other to prevent the occurrence of future wars. The North Korea threatens the U.S. to unleash a catastrophic nuclear war, both sides said they did not want to give in, but which of them will begin to launch missiles at first? The whole world is concerned about the dangerous situation, China and Russia are ready to take their share, it is right to fear a third world war? If there will a world war, europe how would you respond? There are a lot of questions having to put at the governments will they give to us answers .. Hope for a future of peace , nuclear war can be the last war. COMMENTS PLEASE.
